Choose a day between November 7 and December 13. We confirm the room, setup time and schedule with you.

We give you a ready-to-send announcement, a flyer and a booking link so families can reserve a time slot.
Portrait day
Our photographers set up a full studio on site with lighting and a holiday backdrop. Families come in at their reserved time, and we handle everything from posing to orders.

Does it cost our organization anything?
No. There's no fee to host. You provide a room and help get the word out; we bring the studio, photographers and everything else.

How much space do you need?
